Recruitment and training policies

The Company pays attention to human resource development through professional training, both in-house and outsourced, for its staff. Training provided includes: communication skills, work safety and sanitation, fire prevention and control, English in communication, customer service, secretarial works, insurance policies, compensation policies, real estate management, short-term training courses to improve expertise for staff of functional Departments/Divisions... Specially, daily and weekly training courses are also organized to improve skills of staff of Customer Services, Housekeeping, Security Department and Technical Department.
